Said goodbye to my P250 today.....

I couldn't pass up an awesome trade. Went straight up for a 94' 229 LNIB with .40 and .357 barrel and two mags (I had 3 for the 250). It shoots like a dream! I will still hang around, as I am sure I will end up with another 250 in the future.

I love the P250, but I would have made the same trade. The 229 is more expensive than the 250 as is, much less with the extra barrel. After, I would of course purchase another 250.

Should have just bought it & kept the P250.....you cant amass a collection if you keep trading.

I couldn't have bought the 229 for what I could get another P250 for, especially with today's 250 prices.

Not sure what to say about the "pea shooter" comment.

Love my .40 cal 229, but I also enjoy my 9mm 250. Really looking forward to the .40 kit. Overall though, the 229 is my all time favorite handgun.

nice trade! i think i'm starting to get that itch too. been seriously thinking about trading for a 229 E2.
