I have a brand new small grip module for the 250C 9/40/357 models. It is the new style frame which requires the new magazines. As I said it is small size and it is brand new from ombexpress. I am looking to sell this module or I am willing to trade for a module that is the original style. I will sell it with shipping for $35. I am probably more interested in the trade for the original style frame if anyone is interested. Send me a message if anyone is interested or has any questions.

No, I do not have any of the new magazines to go with the grip module. I only have the original style magazines.

You can order the new style base plates from Sig and put them on your old style mags, I believe that is the only difference.

You are correct, re base plates. I had the same situation and called SIG. They told me that the base plates were the only difference, and they sent me five new ones -- one for each of my magazines. Takes a minute or so to change, no tools required, everything works just fine.

However, be aware that some holsters, like the BlackHawk Serpa that I have, will accommodate the original grip frame, but not the new style. This particular holster and, I believe, the original SIG branded holster (made by Fobus?) are molded to the original grip frame. The accessory rail on the new style is just slightly wider than the original, and prevents the pistol from seating in the holster.

That is correct regarding some holsters not working with the new grip modules. The holsters sold by Sig are made by IMI Defense Ltd.
