Well it finally quit snowing and thawed out enough to get out to the range. The sun came out today and I put 350 rounds downrange in my new P250C. No FTF or FTE. But I've got a couple of questions. Serial # is EAK..... Are there extractor issues with this gun? At least a couple of rds per mag were in my face. (not that I mind a little luv tap) Is there a history of these guns shipping with the sights misadjusted? I didn't have a sandbag with me, but it seems to shoot a bit to the left (I know, I know) But it really does seem off to the left a bit and the front sight appears mounted a little left of center. Here's a pic of the sights Here's my first couple of mags At least it's an ethos.

Graybeard,
At least to ME, I agree with you, it looks as though your front sight is off to the left hand side. I have an EAK*** but no issues so far, knock wood. I can confirm it is quite an accurate little pistol. I can't wait to get a few hundred more rounds through it, I am only at about 400 so far.

I wouldn't go changing anything yet. Feed it some more and see how it does. That trigger takes some time and that looks like the issue. When you are pressing the trigger it is being slightly pushed to the left, from the right if right handed. Practice more first.

The only thing is that I bought one because I shot another guy's. I was making one big ragged hole. At least it's an ethos.

Shoot it from a rest for a while. Just keep the POA dead on through the full pull.
I know what you say when you shot another guy's 250, but don't quite give up yet. The sights are not that far off, if they are.
You can send it back if you want. I would give it some more time. Snap caps man, snap caps.

Got the same serial number type you do. I'd say if you had no FTE's, your ejector is OK. The first time I shot my 250, every other mag had 3 to 4 FTE's. Sent it back and the ejector and ejector spring were replaced and I've had no FTE's since. It is not the gun's design but just a flawed part on SOME guns. Even some of the early ones had no problem. I was one of the lucky ones!
Regarding your sight? My sight was WAY off to the left. They fixed that too. Yours is not to the left any where near as much as mine was. I would get good with the thing first. Work on consistency and do not try to center your shots or compensate if in fact, your gun IS shooting to the left. Once you get consistent groups and you find they still are to the left, then send it in to SIG for the correction.
