I own both. I just got the 250C also got a 250 Subcompact. As far as the 239, it is an incredibly accurate little gun. Also very smooth, just a pleasure to shoot and easy to shoot well. I put Hogue rubber finger groove grips on it and I even have small hands and it is one of the best feeling pistols I own. It is hard to explain. In addition, in an MTAC, I literally forget it is there, and I can carry it in the MTAC with cargo shorts and a t-shirt and no printing at all, and I am only 5'6" 120 pounds. I know, tiny. HOWEVER, the "issue" I had with the 239 was the 8 round capacity. Yeah, I would always carry an extra mag or two, but this was one of the things that drew me to the 250c and 250 sub. I also love the trigger on the 250's. I know alot of people say too long blah blah blah. Well, you practice with something enough you get incredibly familiar with it and very proficient with it. Will the 250 win a speed race with a nice SA or striker fired? No, BUT, in the right hands it can still be pretty darn effective. And no, I am not a Sig fanboy, I own numerous HK's and a few Glocks as well. The P30 in .40 may be my holy grail of a gun when I can find one. But that is another discussion.
