Sitting at 90 days on my Texas CHL. Should be here anyday...right?...sure... Anyhoo i been dragging around in an Uncle Mikes with the P250 in console when i drive to and from work and when we take the family wagon out. Legal in Texas to cc in motorvehicle. But hopefully will be carrying on person very soon. Im just trying to get some feedback on different ccw rigs. Im really impressed with what i see on the Crossbreed supertuck. Anyone use a UBG? They look similar but UBG maybe a little nicer. Its down to those 2.

Im a bike mechanic and wondering (with owners permission of courseWink) how these type of rigs hold up over the course of a normal work day? I do a lot of bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, sitting and of course riding. I would like to carry 24/7 if possible. Im 6'2" about 275 so i got some real estate to hide pistol in. I wear undershirt with a black workshirt over untucked and dont think it will uncover during normal work conditions. Also dont want to buy 6 holsters at 75 bucks or more a pop till i find one that works. If anyone has any input or tips how you do it and what kind of job you do i would greatly appreciate it. Or should i just put pistol in toolbox and worry all day about being without it close or wrong person finding it?

peace, Harley

I was at a gun show this weekend and saw a holster made by a company called Hidden Treasure. I can't seem to find them online but I got a card and will pass on the info when I get home. It clips on your belt (in the front) and hangs down in side the pants. It sounds uncomfortable but it's not, even sitting down. IMO the P250 is too big for this type of holster though. You can get it two ways. One has a cell phone case at the clip. It is moreless a handle to pull up the holster. The other style just has the clip. The way you draw it is called a "Viagra" draw. You put you hand in your pocket and push it up. After a little practice it would work like a charm. It's slick. The salesman made it look very easy. I would have bought one ($60) but I don't have a gun small enough to carry like that. Guess that's my excuse to buy another pistol.

And last but not least, get with Shane. He does very nice work.

D.O., it sounds like you're describing this one....

Of course, they've been around for years, so it wouldn't be a surprise if someone copied them by now.

That's it. It's going on the wish list.

I love the one technique, the viagra lift.Laugh

thats a pretty slick way to conceal. I've got my CCW and really haven't carried concealed too much, for the money thats a really clever and comfortable way to carry it seems.
