Alrighty, I know that the literature for the full size 9 use to say 20 round capacity. Now the sig site is showing 17 rounds (not sure for how long it's been that way?). Did I miss something while sleeping or what?Confused

Well, I guess Sig changed their minds on the mag capacities. This came from a sales rep at Sig:

"Dear Sir

We did switch from the 16 to the 15 so the 250 would be compatible with more states and police departments. It looks like we are going with the 17 round mags for the full size as well. I'm sure down the road we will release higher capacity mags but, for now this is what we are using.

I've got a full size conversion and I'm thinking of canceling that now. I can hold 16+1 now as is, springing for a fullsize for 1 extra round is not worth it at all.

I was thinking the same thing. I have 3 16 rounders with the compact and was looking forward to a 20 rd full size conversion kit to go along with it. Now that it's just going to be a 17+1, I may just buy a G17 with my discount at the same price.

I just talked to a sig rep today to cancel my fullsize conversion kit order. they already shipped out the fullsize mags, they gave me a return number. on the bright side my .40 conversion kit is on the way and I should have it this monday!ThumpUp
If you want a high capacity 9mm the springfield XDm is pretty sweet, its 19+1 I believe.
