*** Note I removed the price originally offered by Jason on the FCU's - Please contact Jason directly for a price at this point. His overhead on the units has increased, so he has to roll with the punches. I thanked him again for his help with this opportunity for us to buy these. ***

I found a reputable source to buy P250 FCUs!

The dealer is Jason at JC Weaponry in Vancouver, WA. I spoke to him upon receipt of an FCU that I ordered from him and he says he has handled group buys for up to 400 people before, so he can handle placing an order for FCUs for as many of us that want them for whatever quantity each person wants. He asks that you send him an email stating what you want so that he can keep track of how many he needs to order. He typically keeps a few on hand, but not as many as he will likely be hit up for when this breaks. I did not inquire into what he may sell mags or exchange kits for. He can also supply parts for any Sig you've got.

Email Jason at: orders@jcweaponry.com
Subject heading: P250sig Group FCU Order

He had me mail him a personal check along with a copy of my local guy's FFL credentials. He will likely instruct you on what to do when you email your initial request.

I have previously ordered from him and there was no problem. He was very professional and prompt.

No problem, guys. I figure enough people on here, myself included, have been talking about wanting an extra FCU (or two or three...), so its good to have a resource.

If anyone has the frame of mind to share the cost of anything else he might be able to supply, add it to this thread!

This is a nice option and it would be nice to have another firing system to go along with my 2sum.
I have been toying with the idea of purchasing another P250 in .40 or .45 for around $360.00 locally, But this is quite a bit cheaper.
Have fun.

Vitsports6,
I just noticed you are a fellow Ut native. I'm in West Jordan. Mind sharing where you can get a P250 for $360 locally? I may be interested ni another at that price. Thanks.

I wonder if this would be a way to "back door" a P250 since I can't seem to raise the money to get a complete gun. I'd buy the FCU and then the exchange kit when I could, or vice versa.

...well I did the math.

$150 for the FCU and about $330 for the exchange kit and another $40 for the grip...

Comes to about $520

New P250 = ~$400

Best thing these are for in my estimation is if you have extra grip module and exchange kit already (maybe you bought a 2sum or are like Grumpy and have a parts addictionSmile ) and are looking to complete them, this is way groovy. If you are looking to assemble your own cheap pistol then you had better come in under $400 for the whole shebang for it to be worth it. Perhaps the classifieds are your friend in this case?

Hey Newshawk and FatherVic - Actually, unless you wanted a specific grip, the grips come with the new exchange kits. And Sig is selling the exchange kits on their website for $285 retail, free shipping, BUT... if you buy the FCU and register it on Sigs warranty link on the site, you get the 20% off promo code which brings the exchange kits down to $223... So $150 + 223 = $373 for a complete P250 if you go this route. So this very well might be a viable option for you, Newshawk. :)

Sorry I just saw this.
Impact Guns in Kearns had a few, I see online they are running $371 and up, So I may have been a little off, I was considering one, But I bought an AR lower instead.
This was over a month ago and they could.
Best of luck
Have fun.

That 40 compact deal with the 3 mags and extra 357 barrel is very sweet. That kind of crap always comes out after I buy things. Just like Cash for Clunkers on cars... we ditched my wife's crappy Jeep Cherokee and got $800 trade allowance for it because it was falling apart, plunked that menial money down on a new Mazda CX-9... 6 months later we coulda got $4500 for it!!!

Keep in mind, the FCU is considered a firearm by BATF, and that's why it has to be transferred through an FFL. . As such, some states have limits on how many firearms can be purchased within a 5 day period. Know your local laws before ordering!
