One quick quest, I used dye instead of stain, does this matter? Also, it's been setting for two days now and still has a slight white residue on the gun when I remove it from the holster (only the part that touched the leather) is this most likely due to the fact that it may not be completely dry yet? Or is it just caused by the friction from the leather against the nitron?
Wow, sorry for all the questions. I'm having a hell of a time making a decent pattern for a magazine... damn things taper. I got one made but I ended up having to just make it too big and cut it down to size after I formed it. It was quite interesting.
