converting 9mm compact to 45 fullsize with small frame and short trigger, takedown lever would bind and prevent slide from shutting, had to pull recoil spring out with pliers to get slide to close, swapped out takedown lever, problem solved.

Where did you get another takedown lever?

The takedown levers have an oring that swells over time if exposed to petrolium based cleaners, I ordered one from sig and that solved my problem

Top Gun Supply included take down lever with 40 kit- why I don't know but it came in handy.
OMB Police Supply also sells P250 parts.
Ambient Outdoors does as well.
I never thought about the o-ring swelling, I had coated the o-ring in grease.

My p250CP- 40 cal is going back to Sig for ejector issues, shooting low and left, along with several minor issues . Also have to send my Crossbreed Supertuck in, the Kydex is cracked.
Don't have a holster now to carry my wifes P250CP-9mm so I am carrying my German Walther PPK for now.

I just got a 45 kit for my P250 today. I put it together and the slide sticks when pulling it about half-way back.
Its a NEW gun I don't think swelling should be a problem.
It acts like the top of the barrel is rubbing against the inside bottom of the slide, but why?
Any suggestions?
Just got of the phone with Sig and there going to send me a shipping label so I can send it back.
