Just picked up my new P-250 and I'm very excited to get out and shoot. I know the older versions had alot of problems, FTF or FTE, do the new ones have these issues? Have any of you experienced these issues regularly? Or does the gun just shoot as sweet as it looks?

Welcome, If its the newest then expect no problems, if you do attribute it to break in and use a lot of lube on your rails. I only had a few ftf's, lube and a polish job on the ramp cured it. crappy UMC ammo doesnt help either. Which caliber did you get?

I got the 9mm, cheapest ammo. Once I turn 23 I'd like to get a conversion so a higher caliber for a possible carry weapon. It was at a great price and only one in stock so I'm pretty happy.

Mine runs like a Swiss watch. Even digest's my own loads, but does not tolerate "mouse loads". Shoots well with Ranger 127 gr. +p+.

Pretty sure where I'm from you have to be 23 to obtain your carry and conceal. Most people say they like the higher caliber for that but 9mm is fine with me.

Welcome to P250SIG!

OL63, did you get that P250 at Cherokee Firearms? That's where I picked mine up (here in Springfield).

Where do you shoot?

I bought mine at Kelly's police and tactical. Best gun dealer I've dealt with in the entire town, I highly recommend them. I shoot at Pleasant hope shooting range and Ozark both conservation department. Both great although Pleasant hope is better kept up.

Pleasant Hope is my usual spot too. I have family (and grew up) in Polk County. Actually, our Masons Lodge is having a fishfry about 1/8 of a mile from the PH range this Saturday (6/19/10). Just go west past the driveway to the range and go right at the "Y". Right there on the right, can't miss it. I will probably be serving food and chugging beer. Hope you can make it. If you can or have any questions, send me a PM.
