Went to the range with 50 rounds of Blazer and 50 rounds of Federal Champion 115 gr FMJ, the Blazer worked great, however the Federal Champion was very low recoiling, the muzzle flash was very noticeable and i had one jam with the Federal Champion. The slide would not lock back after the last round was fired with the Federal Champion, for the entire 50 rounds.

Has anyone had this problem with Federal Champion FMJ and their Sig P250?

Try a heavier grain bullet. That should solve your problems.
