So did you push the roll pin out and then the rear sight and firing pin remove from the slide? Did the safety bar fall out also? The extractor has that little divot in the end cap, maybe that is used to remove it???

Inquiring P250 minds would like to know! Confused

I've figured it out, the P250 pistol slide really is wonderfully put together.

any new uipdate on this? fI am sitting here with my 250 and scratching my head! I have the firing pin out but and stuck at the extractor. any advice you could give would be greatly appreciated.

1911, could you explane how you removed the extractor and rear sights?

Once you have the roll pin out it should go very smooth. I will post more info tonight when I have it in hand.

Sorry, it took me a little longer to respond.

Have you tried to press in the plunger (has an indent for a punch or set) while sliding out the rear sight (at the same time)?
