Just my educated guesses on the list thus far!
Grumpybiker EAU0127XX would be between Nov 98 and Feb 09...
MikeWalsh EAU0072XX would be June 08 and EAU0103XX would be between Nov 08 and Feb 09...
My P250 blue boxes had labels on them with dates. You could call up Sig and ask them the mfg dates if you like to zero in on them.
I don't know why the lowest EAU serial number comes in at Feb 09, maybe it was a rework and then issued out by Sig?

Off to the closet of empty boxes for a look see......  Yep, you were right. Mine says 28 FEB 2009 Thats nice, I don't have that on any of my other boxes of other Sig models.

EAU0002XX - 4 Jan 2008 - 9mm Compact
EAU0080XX - 30 Jun 2008 - 9mm Compact - Desert Sand Digital. Controls, & ejector appear to be phosphate, barrel has a harder finish because only very faint smileys like my P220 Combat.
EAK0007XX - 30 Jun 2009 - 9mm Compact TB, Green Digital. The EAK0007XX frame is currently mated with 45 Compact Upper & Grip.
I sold the upper with a black grip, frame # EAU0164XX ( which began as a 45 Compact Red Box - Date Unknown) & the barrel from EAU0002XX.
EAU0192XX - 5 Aug 2009 - 45 Full Size, Red Box with SN labeled over so Date may not be accurate, which appears to be the case since it is out of sequence.
How many Sigs do you have? A bunch, but one less than I would like.

EAU0006XX - 27-DEC-2007 - 9mm compact nitron
Bought it in January of 08, my first and only new Sig of the 5 i've owned. Decided it wasn't for me a few months later, traded it for an iPhone. 6 months later bought it back, few months after that traded it to my dad for a P229. Now it's back and to stay this time. Unlike before my other carry guns are revolvers so this trigger makes a lot more sense for me.
