Brand new gun had 80ish round's and the trigger seems to disconnect when attempting to pull it. Minimal pull effect and the trigger just clicks and the hammer dont move. I can duplicate the issue at home and can just rest my finger behind the hammer and it will do the same. I've removed the trigger module from the gun and can get it to do it outside the frame as well.

I took it to my dealer and he said yeah its deffinitly messed up. Said send it back to Sig cause its a warranty claim.

What kind of time frame do they normally take when sending something back?

When he says it's "messed up" what did he say is the problem? A disconnected trigger bar?

He didnt pop it open but the trigger bar is riding over the edge it moves the hammer with. It attempts to grab but will pop right over. Almost forgot if I put pressure forward on the slide the trigger bar rides right over with alomst no resistance, if I pull the slide back a hair the trigger is normal.

You have to take out the FCU to make sure the trigger bar is seated properly on within the pins (hammer pivot and strut pins).

You should have it back in about two weeks (if your LGS doesn't drag his feet sending it back). Please keep us posted. Also, try to find out what the exact problem is if you can. That may take calling customer service after they have had it for a week. Ask for Victoria.

Dont know havent shot it since it came back but I could make it act up before dry firing and it doesnt act up now. I carry my Glock usually and stop to shoot on the way home work. I just keep forgetting to take it along.

I took it to the range today and it functioned perfectly for the 150rnd's I took with.

It does shoot low though, about 6 inchs @ 15 yrd's. It very well could be me, switching to my Glock put me right back on target but it has considerably less trigger pull. I did notice I was more comfortable shooting a bit faster with it than slow and easy. Seemed the more I though about it the more I was consistantly low. Fast no concentration shooting I was ringing 3 inch plates at 15yrds.

More range time yesterday with it. Trigger function is perfect still but it failed to extract 4 times in 200rnd's. Everytime I pulled the casing out with my fingernail and it worked fine afterwards. Extractor is showing signs on wear already WTF?

What ammo were you using?

This is an issue the 9mm's had when they first came out, so it may end up having to go back to Sig, worst case scenario.

Its only had American eagle, Blazer brass and 1 mag full Of Federal HST's through it. Round count is under 500 rnd's.

That would suck if it had to go back to Sig again.

That's fast service, good on Sig. Seems like a lot of FTEs initially. How is it now?

Its been good but it needs more range time. I still dont trust using it as a carry peice though.
