Thanks, I have been all over UTUBE for hours last night and saw some takedowns but nothing relating to the trigger spring.

Try a search or ask over at Sig Forum.com, I am pretty sure someone over there had their trigger spring pop off and he figured out how to get it back on correctly and posted pictures of it. I'm sorry I don't rmember the name of the exact thread, but there are not too many 250 threads over there. Sorry that I can't help more.

Thanks.. What I did was go to my local gun shop and was allowed to take down one of his new P250 and compare the trigger "play" and the location and assembly of the trigger spring with mine. I was correct in how I had it on there but the moment I started doubting myself I remained uneasy until I was sure. Thanks for the replies.

I have had mine come apart a few times, I think this is a defect by Sig on this gun

The tread that is the sticky in the maintenance part here shows how to take apart and reassemble your FCU. Very good pics, and very well written instructions.
