Sales of the 250 should start picking up soon; California just put the 250 on their "you can now buy" list. Weird state but a lot of gun owners.

Wow. Did they come out with a news release about it? That's big news. Do you guys in CA have magazine capacity restrictions, trigger pull requirements, triple-redundant, fail-safe safety requirements, etc. out there like my neighbors in Mass? Was it for all calibers? It would be entertaining if it were only for the 9mm variant.

What do you think the logic was to having them solely approve the P250 in Compact size and in 9mm caliber? With a 12/30/2010 expiration date, does the gun have to go through an annual re-certification process? So is Sig going to have a separate 'CA-Approved' production line where they kick out xxx number of guns per quarter and if you miss that run you have to wait another 3 months?

They don't have to re-certify it, they just need to kick in the yearly $200.00 fee.
