.40 conversion kit for 9mm compact, early serial #, trigger spring broke after almost 500 rounds of 40, Sig sent a new, beefier trigger spring, no problems since.

Had mine broke on my 9 around 5K. Yeah the new springs are way more beefier than the one supplied with the earlier models.
