where can i find a tutoral on how to install the short trigger ? is there any machining needed?

It is VERY easy. Take the spring off that hangs down on the right side of the frame. After that, it's pretty easy to see that it can jsut slip in. Take your time and remove one part at a time. You may want to keep a pic of it assembled nest to you for reference.

There are some pics in here somewhere of a detailed cleaning that shows everything being taken apart piece by piece. Very helpful for this job. Like dos said, it is very simple! You will be pleased with the ease of swapping this out.
