I know this will be a really stupid newbie question. My P250 is my first firearm and I'm taking a beginners class with it this weekend. I was removing the Omega internal lock (in Md so required to have these) and I noticed when the slide is pulled back and locked, the barrel is somewhat loose and points up slightly, no longer parallel with the frame. Is this normal?

yeppers! normal function on this pistol. it wont be long before you start to see a half moon smile on top of the barrell as it start to break in. this is normal also so dont freak. after a good cleaning be sure and lube/grease the top of the barrel to keep these for getting from getting pronounced. i use either tw25 or slide glide lite and it doesnt take but a hares breath of it there to keep things looking nice.
