I got a chance to sneak away from work early yesterday and went to the range. I just got it back From Sig (slide adjustment) and wanted to make sure it was tip top. ZERO problems. From the day I bought this pistol I have yet (knock on wood) to have a FTF, FTE NOTHING!!!! I have ran close to 600 rounds with only one round not going off. I am sure it was the ammo for two reasons, 1. there was a consistent strike on all of the primers (rules out light strike) and 2. it was a reload. I will also say another thing, 350 rounds of wad cutters was a chore to clean up after. I thought I was going to wear out my brush.
Off the subject, I am doing a "ride along" with a Dallas County deputy tonight. Kind of wierd but I met him from buying a stock (Bullpup for Mini14) from him on CL. There is a big campground along the Niangua River and he said on Memorial weekend they get a lot of action. He said according to his schedule that he is the only Deputy (other than the dispatcher)that works from 4pm-midnight. I went last weekend and it was pretty slow. One domestic dispute, a couple of little warrants and few traffic stops. I don't think a have to tell you what I will be carrying.
