Hi All,

Anyone experiencing problem with the casing getting stuck in the barrel and won't eject?

It is next to impossible try calling Sig customer services. I just email them for the repair procedures.

Thx................

Have you tried different ammo? A guy at the range was having the same problem with his NIB Taurus Mellinium. I think he was shooting Blazers. I traded him a handfull of UMC's for his right arm and he had no more problems. Good thing he is left handed. LOL

Did this happen the first time you took it out or did it start all of a sudden??

Here's an obvious/stupid question..... It's clean, right?

I just sent back my p250 9mm for failure to extract, the earlier versions were known for having FTE issues. from what I hear they just replace the extractor and the spring and its back to normal, I should know in a few days hopefully. It does take a while to get thru customer service but its not that bad, the customer service reps are pretty nice to talk to and are very helpful.

Thanks guys.....

dosborn81..yes...I do keep it very clean...lol. By the way, remember, there is no stupid question! It started to happen after appox. 30 rounds thru.

skabone, thanks for the tip. I will wait for Sig's reply. If no reply, I will give them a ring again. Just a quick question, did Sig send you the shipping label or did you pay it out of your pocket?

Again, thanks to all.....

I was having the same problem on my 9mm compact and I emailed Sig with the problem. They emailed me back a UPS label and I had it back in a week with a new extractor and spring. I did take them some time to reply to my email tho.

Skabone,

I had the exact same problem. My 250 is in the 2500 serial number range (so I guess that qualifies it as an early one) and the first 150 rnds I fired had at least 30 FTEScared I sent it to SIG and they replaced the ejector and ejector spring just as you said. 300 rnds later, not a single failure to eject.ThumpUp

Let us know how how it all works out for you.
