Ran a full mag of the Buffalo Bore 100gr +P hardcast through the wife's new P250sc .380 and while actual functioning was 100%, the first rd was FTF when dropping the slide, requiring a slight push on the slide to chamber the rd (not experienced w/FMJ, perhaps I'll have the feedramp polished). Recoil was predictably stiffer, seeming almost 9mm level IMHO.

A couple of questions
1. Was the mag fully loaded?
2. Did you use the slide stop?

Many have found with fully loaded mags the pistol will fail to go completely into battery when the slide stop is used. Most of those issues are eliminated by using the "sling-shot" technique. If you are not familiar with the term, next time load the mag fully and insert then pull back on the slide and release letting the it slam home with full force. Now if you didn't answer yes to either of the questions above then disregard my rambling BigGrin

1. Mag wasn't fully loaded.
2. Did use the slide stop (the BB load is the only load so far that won't load from the slide stop) as that's how the wife will be using it.
