I am taking a p250 9mm full size deep woods camping and am looking for ammo that will protect against medium sized predators that bear spray will not deter. Looking at Buffalo Bore +P Outdoorsman for the penetration results and low muzzle flash/smoke qualities. Any better rounds out there for my needs?

Yeah, I read that story when I first started researching bear ammo. I did purchase 40 rounds of the 147 grain +P HCFN Outdoorsman and feel confident about my purchase. It does help that other campers on my trip into the Pisgah National Forest are taking both a Colt .45 and a .44 Magnum.
