My P250 is in 40S&W. It's my woods-carry pistol. I'm debating on whether or not to get a 357sig barrel for it 'just because'. I'm not a huge 357sig proponent, but do like the caliber and have two HK's in 40S&W and 357sig. So I do have ammo for it. I don't think one is better than the other in terms of ballistics. In my experience the service calibers are all about the same in terms of terminal ballistics. So it would be more towards 'just having' because I like platforms that can shoot different calibers. I find it makes the platform more versatile.

Either 40S&W or 357sig would be more than sufficient in my area for woods-carry.

Doing a little leg work on research, it looks like the POI may change a bit if I'm keeping the slide/sights the same and simply switching barrels. If anyone has any insight into this I'd like to hear it.
